返金ポリシー

SlothUtil に対する支払いに関して、以下のキャンセル期間内で返金をリクエストできます:
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- (a) 支払い日から開始し、
- (b) 支払い日から14日後に終了します。
How to Request a Refund
返金をご希望の場合は、help@slothutil.com までメールしてください。リクエスト理由と支払いの請求書または領収書を添付してください。 admin@slothlab.app.
Refund Exceptions
以下の場合には、全額返金の対象外となる可能性があります:
- (a) SlothUtil のサービス（例：YouTube 要約、音声の文字起こしなど）がすでに全て利用された場合、返金はできません。
- (b) サービスが一部のみ利用された場合、使用分に相当する金額を差し引いて部分返金される場合があります。
Processing Time
返金は、原則として元の支払い方法にて処理されます。返金に際して追加料金は発生しません。
有効なキャンセルリクエストを受け取ってから14日以内に、速やかに返金処理を行います。
このポリシーはデジタルサービスのみに適用され、地域の消費者保護法に基づく法的権利には影響しません。
