Sloth Lab provides AI-powered transcription and summarization services including:

• YouTube video transcription and summarization
• Audio file transcription
• Meeting and conference call transcription
• Podcast episode processing and summarization
• Multi-language translation services
• AI-generated content analysis and insights

To use our services, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Sloth Lab operates on a credit-based pay-per-use model. You purchase credits which are consumed when you use our transcription and AI services.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice
• Credits do not expire but may be subject to inactivity policies

You agree not to use our services to:

• Upload content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Process YouTube videos or other content without proper authorization from content owners
• Process content containing illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
• Use automated scripts or bots to access our services excessively
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Process content that violates privacy rights of individuals without consent

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely through automated systems for the purpose of providing transcription and AI analysis services.

We commit to:

• Processing your content only through secure, automated systems without manual human review
• Not sharing your content with third parties except as required for automated service delivery
• Implementing appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Providing you with the ability to delete your content and data
• Complying with applicable data protection laws

Data Protection Commitment: Your uploaded content is processed exclusively by automated systems and third-party AI services. We do not manually access, review, or store your original files beyond what is necessary for automated processing.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Service limitations may include:

• File size and format restrictions
• Processing time limitations
• Rate limits on API usage
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance

The Sloth Lab service, including its software, technology, and brand elements, is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

AI-generated summaries and transcriptions are provided as-is. While you may use these outputs for your purposes, we recommend reviewing and verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Our service integrates with third-party providers including:

• OpenAI for AI processing and transcription capabilities
• YouTube for video content access
• Stripe for secure payment processing
• AWS for hosting and infrastructure

Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of transcriptions and summaries
• Ensuring appropriate use of AI-generated content
• Complying with applicable laws when using our services

In no event shall Sloth Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Unused credits will be forfeited unless refund is required by law

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For material changes, we will provide 30 days advance notice via email or service notification.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration.
